I am now a fan, the switch at the top of the headset makes it easy to know if it is on or off (unlike those pesky ones where you have to read the flickering tiny blue light). My wife had an older version of this technology. Size is compact yet sturdy.
I'm very happy with it and will probably end up with the same one for myself. It paired up with her Sprint Instinct instantly without any codes. Bought it for my wife and I'm very pleased. As for the headset itself, it's great. The thing is tiny and extremely light. The quality sounds great on both ends. She wanted one that came with a carrying case, so she could throw it in her purse and not have to worry about it getting damaged. It's small enough to fit in your pocket, or throw in a purse and protects the headset as well.
I like the fact that it has a physical on/off switch so you know when it's off. Honestly, I can't ever tell when she's using it when I call. This is a great little headset. This comes with a charging "case" which can be taken with you. As with most, the earpiece is never right-on, but when you're wearing it, you hardly notice it's there.
This defective product is not their fault. It is just poorly designed by Motorola. Do yourself a favor and don't risk buying this product. After it stopped working, I found other online reviews that indicated many others had the same problem. After a week, people on the other end of my calls could barely hear me. The headset worked for about a week. I bought this unit on the recommendation of Consumer Reports. By the way, I have no problem with the vendor who sold me this product.
Long battery life, comfortable & easy to use. Like it so much. I would highly recommend.
